- 1001 Knights is a private internet interactive club owned and operated by 1001 Knights Ltd.
- Memberships in the 1001 Knights are available on the internet only.
- Membership is by invitation or referral only.
- Annual membership fee is 5000 Pounds Sterling payable by bank transfer.
- Membership fees are billed in Pounds Sterling.
- Membership fees are non refundable.
- Membership will be limited to 1001 individuals. If more than 1001 people apply for membership and are accepted they will be put on a waiting list and on a first-come-first-serve basis will receive a membership application when a vacancy occurs.
- Each member will receive a numbered certificate of membership by e-mail and a membership card by mail.
- 1001 Knights Ltd will distribute a substantial portion of its assets in the form of luxury articles as part of its Members Reward Program to be drawn on a yearly basis for the benefit of its members
- 1001 Knights draw year starts once the 1001 membership is filled.
- 1001 Knights Membership lasts 12 calendar months from the day the club receives membership fees payment from all of its 1001 members
- 1001 Knights Ltd management will select the prizes at its sole discretion
- 1001 Knights Ltd cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication sent by post or e-mail or any delays in bank or credit card payments.
- Each prospective member is required to fill in all his/her particulars and contact details. Any member supplying false or misleading information: telephone number, e-mail, street address, name, credit card information and everything related but not limited to, will forfeit any membership reward won through this service without notification.
- It is the responsibility of the member to advise us of any change of home address, e-mail address, phone number
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- The Reward Draw will take place during the annual gathering of the 1001 Knights. The date and place of the annual gathering will be communicated to members only once the club has reached its total membership of 1001 members. Names of winners will be posted in the members-only area of this website.
- 1001 Knights Ltd will grant the rewards to the winning members upon presentation of their membership card and proof of identity (passport or identity card or driver’s license)
- 1001 Knights Ltd will award the rewards during its annual gathering party at a place to be determined. All local taxes are paid on the rewards in the country of purchase. It is the responsibility of the winner to pay all local taxes and customs duties in his/her country/state of residence if it is outside the country/state of purchase.
- 1001 Knights Ltd reserves the right to refuse sale of memberships or cancel the draw and refund all monies, less handling fees/bank charges for a maximum of 10%.
- Each annual draw is held under the supervision of an impartial recognised authority.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER OF 1001 KNIGHTS MEMBERSHIP (AN ONLINE PRIVATE CLUB) TO ENSURE THAT THE PARTICIPATION IN SUCH A CLUB DOES NOT CONTRAVENE THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS OF THE COUNTRY IN WHICH THE PROSPECTIVE MEMBER IS A RESIDENT. 1001 KNIGHTS LTD DOES NOT IMPLICITLY OR EXPLICITLY WARRANT THAT PARTICIPATION IN ITS CLUB IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS IN THE COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE OF MEMBERS, AND 1001 KNIGHTS LTD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE MEMBER CONTRAVENES LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CLUB.
TERMS OF USE OF THE 1001 KNIGHTS WEBSITE
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for the use of our social networking club. Membership in 1001 Knights confirms that you have read and accept our terms of use, and that you agree to abide by them.
We reserve the right to modify and improve these terms of use at any time, and for any reason, without prior notice. Use of the website as a member indicates your acceptance of any changes. We ask you to regularly review these terms of use.
We reserve the right not to renew, at our discretion, a membership for violations of our guidelines, rules and terms of use.
MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

- We request that you not use an alias or pseudonym.
- Any change or adjustment to membership criteria will be communicated to 1001 Knights members at any time it is felt necessary by management in order to improve its services.
CONDITIONS OF USE AND SERVICE
- We provide a platform for networking and sharing information. If members enter into agreements with other members through 1001 Knights, we are not a contracting party to these agreements and cannot be held liable or accountable regarding these agreements.
- Your use of 1001 Knights is in accordance with these terms of use, and 1001 Knights may suspend and refuse future membership if you fail to comply with them.
- We reserve the right to remove, at our sole discretion, any content posted by our members that we deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; or because it may infringe or violate any party's intellectual property or privacy.

Membership does have its privileges. We just need to remember that to maintain these privileges, we, as members, have responsibilities as well. As such, we have rules and your use of 1001 Knights website confirms that you understand and accept our rules.
- The language of 1001 Knights is English.
- You may not use the 1001 Knights’ site in any manner unlawful in any country or jurisdiction or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the 1001 Knights’ site.
- You may not use 1001 Knights name or logo for any purpose without our express consent.
- You may not upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes", or any other form of solicitation;
- You may not copy our web pages or any content within the site, nor trade or sell any personal data or communications about other members.
- You may not intimidate or harass another member;
- You may not publish in any form any content from the website or the names of any members without our permission, nor can you share, transmit or sell any content on the website with anyone who is not a member of 1001 Knights for any reason whatsoever.
- You may not upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, publish or display on the 1001 Knights’ site, or transmit to or share with other users. TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP
- You may terminate your membership at any time without cause, explanation or penalty. If you undertake termination of your membership for any reason you will not be reimbursed your membership fees. Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Taking into account the business interests of 1001 Knights Ltd. and that of the community as a whole, 1001 Knights Ltd. may, at our discretion and with cause, immediately terminate your membership and all access to the website.
- Our proprietary rights, disclaimer of warranties, indemnities, limitations of liability and other provisions of these terms and conditions continue after termination of your membership. We will not be liable to you or any third-party for the termination of your membership.

- You agree to hold harmless and indemnify 1001 Knights Ltd. from and against any third-party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of our services and website, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.
Limitation of Liability:
